Job Description

- Operating incoming phone calls and transfer to concerned person

- Handle all incoming and out-going mails, couriers

- Ensure office safety & security (lights, keys, liaising with landlord).

- Control and order stationery and office supplies, purchasing office equipment, office machines maintenance

- Prepare fully facilities for newcomers

- Verify working time sheet.

- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

- Booking travel arrangements

- Assists with translation activities (written only, if necessary)

Job Requirement

-       Good communication in English;

-       Computer Proficiency;

-       Over 1-year experience in office administration is preferred

-       Be honest, open-minded, careful, detailed.
