Fulfill tasks assigned by RBS Operation Manager
Direct administrative support through word processing, database processing, telephone coverage, audit scheduling, and file maintenance
Responsible for ensuring those arrangements are made for conferences, seminars, training courses, and meetings for the Section or Division
Continuous Preparation and Control of all RBS Section invoicing, including all debit and credit notes and accounts within the RBS Section.
Management and maintenance of client files
Ensure follow up on debt collection
Checking file reports before closing
Booking air-ticket, hotel, transportation for auditors
Review all payment/ invoices and expeneses claim by auditors before they are passed to the Manager for approval
Send schedule to auditor as time required.
Control stationery, facilities (fax, printer...)
Prepare reports and conduct other tasks as requested by the Manager
College Graduation or above.
At least 1 year experience in administrator for Operation Department (same service industry is an advance).
Good reading skill in Vietnamese and English.
Microsoft office skills, Administrative Writing Skills.
Good communication skills.
Good multi-tasks managing, time management, Problem Solving
