Employment Information

Job Description

  • Managing and operating the Sales Department running smoothly; Recruiting & developing and training sales team;
  • Identify, analyze and develop business opportunities in order to bring about new business, maintain existing business and penetrate more business with an existing customer;
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts, and ensures that sales professionals servicing the accounts receive updates on the status;
  • Developing and keeping strong sales and enterprise networks;
  • Developing and implementing strategies for transportation services (Air / Sea freight, logistics);
  • Developing a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention rates through consistent client engagement
  • Monitoring the services quality and ensure operation smoothness;
  • Controlling cost & seek opportunities to improve productivity;
  • Follows and acts on market trends and industry developments; Preparing managerial report;

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation/foreign Trade or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in forwarder/ carrier;
  • Good command of English/Vietnamese (both in oral & written communication). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to approach and persuade the client, gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Plan and organize to ensure the achievement of annual target.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
