Job Description

Conduct research & development for ingredient & product related to Confectionary/Dairy:

1/ Identify, evaluate the function of ingredients using in food/beverage.

2/ Apply own experience to create new ideas for food development.

3/ Manage daily working job in Laboratory .

4/ Teamwork to analyse project, Technical support for sale.

5/ Closely communication with Sale team/Supplier to growth the business plan.

  • Research new ingredients and apply into the final product.
  • Cooperate with Sale team to make ideas to support introduct ingredients to customer.
  • Conduct the Lab test / Pilot test follow superior’s direction
  • Make testing report & incharge of training to Internal team.

Job Requirement

  • Background at Food Science/ Biotechnology/ Food Tech
  • At least 1-2 years R&D experience in Food industry
  • Analystic (technology & market)
  • Cooking skill
  • Sensory skill
  • Report skill
