Main Job Purpose:
- Introduces company’s product to customers in the assigned territory (Hanoi City/or North)
- Achieves the sales target and win tenders/applied tenders
- Ensures the sustainable growth
- Manages people
- Achieve the sales target Quarterly and Yearly
- Implement marketing strategies & action plan for the assigned territories.
- Propose developing plan for assigned territories
- Build up & develop good relationship with customers (Hospitals, Policlinic, Private clinic, Insurance, SoH, …)
- Set sales target, KPI for individual and monitor performance
- Control expenses aligned with approved sales policy.
- Cooperate with other department for solving any issue in the territories
Tenders & applied tender
- Ensure to win new tenders with current and new molecules
- Develop new tenders – applied tender (new products/new hospitals & Policlinic) quarterly and yearly.
- Submit monthly, weekly report to direct manager with content and time as regulation
- Collaborate with manager for proposal incentive scheme
- Plan business travel schedule
- Additional assigned tasks by BOD
- Supervise Medical Representatives and collaborator to ensure adherence to working plan.
- Tracking daily, weekly, monthly sales performance of team
- Co-operate with other departments to recruit, motivate, train the team
- Coach team about territory management, communication skill, product knowledge - develop, manage team to achieve their performance
