Job Description

  • Propose and implement sales programs and promotions to achieve monthly target.
  • Coordinate and communicate between support and business functions to accomplish assigned tasks or solve problems for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships between studios/ showrooms to increase the effectiveness of strategic business practices
  • Monitor, evaluate and communicate in a timely basis competitive activity in the territory such as sales, advertising and marketing, pricing and promotion strategies, new products and services.
  • Ensure the company and legal standards are achieved in all aspect of showroom operations such as hygiene, display, housekeeping, appearance and performance of the employees etc.
  • Market the studios/ showroom in the local environment in order to perform the best possible profile of the company.
  • Recruit, train and develop a team of management and staff who are equipped and motivated to meet targets set by the company.
  • Take responsibilities for the studios/ showrooms compliance with Health and safety regulations to protect both employees and customers.
  • Other job assigned by Line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor, preferably in Business, Economics or related.
  • Preferably having exposure in retail or consulting sales.
  • Sales management, business acumen, planning and operational skills
  • Team management and leadership skills are required
