Job Description

  • Making Marketing Plan, implement the agreed marketing strategies and ensure the attainment of the agreed marketing objectives or designated brands.
  • Developing marketing plans for current & new products, improve current product & packaging innovation agenda
  • Follow up market research, analyze market trends and competitors’ prices
  • Implement effective marketing plans through advertising and promotions
  • Carry out testing to launch new products
  • Recommend the best solutions of products, accessories, pricing plans, service features, and promotions to meet client need
  • Coordinate with relating Departments to make the details of Marketing activities under Group Manager (Brand Manager) Supervision
  • Implement new product development projects from concept to launch in consultations with GD
  • Implement all brand activities in charged such as consumer promotion, new launching product campaign, outdoor ads, and events.
  • In conjunction with GD, coordinate with R&D and Advertising Agent in product development process and daily work.
  • Advice GD and other relating departments on all matters concerning the designated products.
  • Monitoring and control the Sales figures of brands and updating GD its status on weekly meeting.
  • Participate in guiding , briefing and working with agencies/ media group in formulating creative and media strategies( design, spot- buy, sponsorship)
  • Provide product knowledge information to Sales and CS teams.
  • Work with CS team and sales team and make regular market visits to enhance market understanding.

Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years at the same position ABM in FMCG Companies (Cosmetic, Body care…), have experience in new product development
  • Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty care is preferable
  • Ability to develop strategic planning, creative concepts
  • Internally and externally recognized and valued as an expert in own field
  • Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Branding…
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, power point)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese language.
  • Team player in planning and organization
  • Delegation, control, integrity, decisiveness & analysis

  • Probationary period: 2 months of probarion with full salary
  • Working time: 40 hours/ week
  • Experience: 3 - 4 Years
