Job Description

  • Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities; assigned product portfolio by being thoroughly conversant with the target consumers, understanding their needs, consumption behavior, lifestyles, and insight through outsourcing researches or in-house studies (home usage test, concept product test…) as well as in-depth analysis. Recommend medium/long term brand strategies (including segmentation, positioning, targeting of the product and building brand equity).
  • Lead innovation/activation projects deployment and the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy;
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity
  • Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring;
  • Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, PR etc) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points
  • Delivers specific brand projects as per brand plan;
  • Monitors budget spend and provides timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability;
  • Coordinates with advertising agency, suppliers and internal resources to develop ATL (TV advertisement, Print Ad, Online advertising, PR and sponsor activities, outdoors…) and related BTL activities (consumer promotions such as coupons, refunds, bonus pack, chance programs - lucky draw, scratchy card…, free products or sampling, brand activation, events (including clubs, music concerts, scholarship programs, live shows, road-shows, education program…in order to build brand equity

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 2 years in Brand management in FMCG
  • Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication skill
  • Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects
  • Open-minded, practical creativity and result-oriented
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.
