Develop short-term marketing plan based on analysis of market, trade and consumer needs, resources and capabilities.
Have good insights about mom & baby products, proactively listen and get inputs from consumers to proactively react with the markets and consumer needs.
Provide good business judgement and follow-up in all aspects of marketing for the assigned brand including product development, creative, media, promotions, etc.
Be proactive in field market visiting to evaluate brand(s) performance and recommend & execute appropriate changes in brand plan to achieve optimal results.
Ensure excellent in execution of all marketing activities as assigned, understand well business and marketing objectives to translate into KPI activities, be proactive in proposing and actions.
Follow up marketing expenditures by assigned projects within the marketing budget.
Be proactive and ensure excellent execution of launching plan and expansion plan; perfect in execution; excellent in project management; desire for the best quality outcome with strong ambitious to deliver overall excellent results for business, especially for strong areas that we have to win in the market.
Take part in cross-functional Project as required.
Cooperate with cross-functional departments, especially Sales team for locally project to support key shops.

2 years of experience in Marketing/ Brand in FMCG industry
Strong analytical thinking, organizing and communication skills
Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning
Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices to conduct research and analyze data
Passion for growth, experience to manage workload and multiple projects to adapt in a fast-pace environment
