Job Description

1. Executive support

  • Anticipate and optimize the Director's travel arrangements and other logistical needs, and for the Director's VIP guests.
  • Documentation control & approval: signatories, contacts, corporate templates, SOP manuals, reports, etc…
  • Ensure that meeting agendas and minutes are prepared for all meetings attended by the Director's
  • Ensure proper follow-up the execution of the Director's instructions and mandates.
  • Maintain a strong communication channel between the Director's and relevant parties.
  • Track, review, and summarize periodic reports from all Business Units and Functional Departments.
  • Support the Director's and other managers with presentation materials and formats.
  • Research and compile briefings on general economic trends, macro-economic conditions, industry information, specific companies and topics for the Director's prior to travels and meetings
  • Will have access to important information and will be expected to keep all such
  • information strictly confidential
  • Provide extended support to Group Executive Committee members as needed.

2. Other Supports

  • Corporate external stakeholder to support in family matters
  • Support Company when needed or during Director's holiday
  • Corporate governance projects coordination

3. Other relevant tasks assigned by Director

Job Requirement


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or higher


  • Experience or technical expertise in business particularly with Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Prior work experience as assistant to C - level executives.

  • Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Detail-focused and careful characteristic
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility with a pro-active mindset.
  • Highly flexible and able to work under heavy time constraints, pressures, and other limitations.
  • Persistent and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
