Job Description

Job purpose:
Assistant Manager of B2B Sales will report directly to the B2B Sales Manager and assist with driving the implementation and strategy execution for the B2B Cooperate Sales. The Asst. Manager generally helps his/her manager keep the daily operations running smoothly by taking on some managerial tasks, such as overseeing team performance, providing great customer service and satisfaction in a complex and dynamic sales environment.

Critical Tasks
- Assist B2B Sales Manager to drive the overall monthly/quarterly sales target achievement of respective team
- Assist B2B Sale Manager in the development of account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans
- Contribute on developing and maintaining strong and trustworthy business relationships with existing and new clients
- Generate new sales using existing and potential client networks
- Forecast and track key account targets
- Build a winning culture with the ability to communicate and connect with all levels of personnel
- Proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other Departments
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Accounting, IT and other functions to help drive innovation and build a better experience for both the customer and internal process
- Sale incentive can be given and it depends on the sales activities

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Sales/Marketing/E-commerce/Media)
- At  least  4+  years  of  sales  experience  with  demonstrated  Cooperate  Sales/Marketing/E-commerce/Media
- Good command of English is preferable
- Strong hands-on sales management skills with the ability to drive transformation in a high growth environment.
- Good customer-orientation and networking skill
- Well presented, confident team player, comfortable dealing with middle/high management
- Ability to negotiating and persuading customers
- A track record of successful sales, in particular B2B, or/and deep client account management experience would be advantageous.
