Manage and execution overall business plan, including product development, product marketing, selling process set-up and monitoring, marketing & sale promotion activities, sale training activities as well as operational process flow.
Manage partnership for bank to support insurance distribution through the bank
Control given budget & to increase Bancassurance profitability.
Lead and develop team to enhance the team performance.
Build and strengthen relationships with bank management and branch personnel as well as providing regular coaching, training and mentoring and influencing our partner banks to sell our products.
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree of Economics or related discipline
Having experience in Non-Life Insurance & Banking is an advantage.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Insurance Products
Ability to develop and implement new business models
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
