Product Development and Management: be point of contact kicking off and implementing new product initiatives, involving Sales, Marketing, Technology, Risk, Operation, Legal. This includes:
Propose product concepts, including product pricing, risk evaluation and operation procedures
Design end-to-end product process and procedures including customer touchpoints of selling, underwriting, risk policy assessing, credit granting, debt repayment and operational customer services, with engaging lending platform and additional technology applications
Document Product Specification, Policy and operation processes.
Provide regular product training to respective parties
Provide insight analytics to enhance the existing product policy, and procedures
Prepare ad-hoc reports as per required from Committee for prompt evaluation and adjustment
Analyze and design feasibility of system to support Product implementation E2E: Utilize existing features/functions, work with IT to develop new features/functions as well as integration between system to system
Lead testing new product on UAT and Production Environment: prepare test case and test plan
Participating in Production movement of Product: Product configuration
Owner of digital customer experience within the lending platform and application process across several touchpoints from acquisition, loan applying, underwriting, loan disbursement or credit granting to loan repayment, maintaining.
Monitor team of assigned tasks/project in daily work
Bachelor degrees: major in Economics, Business administration, Banking Finance or similar background
Minimum 3 years of work experience in retail financial services sector (experience in product launching/ project management... is preferable).
Lending platform understanding: CRM, Mobile app for Customer, LOS/LMS, Integration of core system with related system
