- Overall plan and manage the market analysis, market research, and market promotion of the responsible regions;
- Construct the overall market management system, including market analysis, market research, market promotion and work mechanism setup, etc.;
- Customer demand discovering and satisfying: Combine actual market analysis and research, dig and integrate customer needs, propose effective product optimization and increasing opinions and promote relevant functional departments to practise;
- Implementation of the business: Coordinate the overall product promotion, assist in handling the abnormalities in the promotion process and ensure the business landing.
- Complete the company's daily approved work indicators and manage customer relationships.
- Bachelor degree or above
- MUST have 2-year (or above) experience in leading teams and e-commerce customer development.
- Experience in express logistics industry is a plus.
- English is a MUST, Chinese is prefered.
