Job Description

- Work with different departments to gain perspective, including sales & marketing, production, procurement, supply chain, IT, finance and HR departments
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Manager, including correspondence, document filing, reporting, travel arrangements, and other general secretarial duties.
- Maintain Operation Director's business and personal calendar, schedule and attend the meeting with other departments; take notes, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up with PIC to meet the deadlines
- Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Set performance goals and objectives with upper management.
- Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers.
- Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Organize internal and external events
- Set up and maintain document systems
- Assist to build up, review and improve working process in the company
- Coordinate with other departments to help Operations Director on analysis of the business performance, cost control and new projects
- Liaison with internal and external contacts
- Coordinate the flow of information from Operations Director to other departments. (both internally and externally)
- Assist with other general administrative duties and other departments as required.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- FMCG background is a plus
- Verbal and written in both Vietnamese and English
- Very good computer skill
- Should be good in data analysis and good Power Point Preparation and presentation skill.
- Good interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, persuading, influencing and project management skill.
- Must be very SMART, CREATIVE, PROACTIVE and down to earth.
- Open to Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years experiences.
