Job Description

Developing, implementing and monitoring the brand activities related to brand design, packaging, POS visibility (flagships, tailor made outlets, POSM line, etc), making sure these activities are implemented in line with brand positioning to achieve sales volume targets and Brand Health, KPIs.

1/ Design & Identity

  • Compiling the annual brand plans for packaging, visual identity, brand identity in the POS, ensure these activities meet the brand strategies & positioning
  • Exploiting new opportunities & innovative solutions in brand packaging, identity, design, visibility in POS
  • Exploiting new opportunities to connect brand’s visual touch points with wider audience through media, etc
  • Creating and/or developing new identity, design and brandings eg. Flagship outlets, signage etc. to refresh the communication to targeted customers and consumers
  • Collaborating and co-creating with raw talents & KOL in the market to make sure brand visual presence is always fresh and innovative
  • Working with agencies to develop the selected concepts and communication for Vietnamese market
  • Following up the execution of the campaigns to have proper actions, if any.

2/ Brand development:

  • Working closely with Trade Marketing & Sales Team to identify key opportunities for improvement brands visual presence
  • Cooperating with Global Tiger team and translating global guidelines into local designs
  • Cooperating with Technology Section in designing new packaging such as new labels, new pack types.
  • Compiling guidelines for using POS of brand according to each corresponding channel, and location.
  • Communicating marketing programs and activities to trade marketing, sales force, advertising agencies via briefings, presentations and regular meetings.
  • Analyzing sales performance and working closely with Sales and trade marketing teams to strengthen brand experience and meet consumers' requirements.

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Marketing, Design, Communication Design or Economics
  • Knowledge of design, lifestyle, innovation environment
  • At least 5-year working experience in beverage industry or FMCG or design agency (preferably with cider or CSD categories)
  • Super Creative & innovative mind
  • Design skills (capable to design materials by itself as well as guide the partners about design developments)
  • Decision marker and independent worker
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Conversant with spoken and written English
  • Native in design programs (AI, Photoshop, etc)
