Job Description

  • Assist in developing business plan for Vietnam market.
  • Deploy marketing strategy and plans to achieve business plan.
  • Management of marketing Mix to ensure effective the development of designated brands.
  • Support the development of brand strategies and marketing plans with subordinates for designated brands.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly KPIs and measurements to keep track of the performance of all brands.
  • Consolidate monthly and quarterly brand analysis report.
  • Aid in developing brand identity and related positioning and messaging to help inform the creative process..
  • Manage marketing budgets to achieve target sales objectives.
  • Support suppordinates in brand and product strategies.
  • Manage product portfolio to achieve business goals.
  • Support brand managers to diagnose business problems related to their designated brands.
  • Support brand managers to develop and propose brand strategies and marketing plans for designated brands.
  • Supervise daily marketing operations regarding to brand management.
  • Coordinate with CMO team to ensure CMO figures for effective stock control.
  • Support brand managers to coordinate with trade marketing team to develop effective strategies for channel development of each brand.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business 
  • At least 5 years working experience as Brand / Marketing in FMCG industry 
  • Excellent English.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new environment.
  • Good at planning, deploying, tracking, and evaluation
  • Good communication and negotiation.
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
