Job Description

Senior management position with overall responsibilities of Brand product as assigned:

  1. Work closely with GM Merchandise in procurement of merchandise which incorporates and interprets the Brand Partner(s) procurement strategies in order to deliver and preserve the brand identity.
  2. Corporate with GM Marketing in term of executing the most effective marketing for Vietnam market under the strategic direction to achieve successful store performance in regards of KPI

Areas of Responsibility:

Collect Market Intelligence:

  1. Collect information on: 1) market dynamics, 2) consumer insights 3) and competitors’ movements on a regular basis and ensure the translation of these insights into winning marketing/brand programs
  2. Suggest the need to conduct marketing and brand research to identify sources and strength of brand equity of the Brands and competing brands
  3. Work with research agencies to conduct marketing research projects in a timely and effective manner

Develop & implement Marketing/Brand Plans

  1. Develop marketing/brand plans and projects for assigned brands to deliver KPIs set by GM Marketing
  2. Protect and enhance brand equity of assigned brands over time, across markets, along the category and product line, and overall marketing programs.
  3. Develop brand-oriented marketing plans and budget, including ATL (TV, Print, Internet, Radio, OOH) and BTL (Special Events, Sponsorship, Celebrity Endorsements, Promotion...) to enhance brand equity of Brand master/sub-brands and achieve brand sales/profit.
  4. Ensure the timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered by marketing agencies (A&P plans, designs, TVC/Print Ads production, promotion production, media planning/buying, researches etc.)
  5. Monitor the timely progress and effectiveness of marketing/brand programs and its contribution to the company’s sales and profit growth and propose improvements.
  6. Manage the allocation and disbursement of budget for assigned brand to maximize ROI (return on investment).

Job Requirement

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or higher preferably in Business Administration or related areas.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in Retail / FMCG industry preferably 
  • Good track record and solid experience in building and management of successful brands

  • Analytical and with strong strategic thinking
  • Well-presented with good inter-personal and communication skill
