Promotion Preparation & Execution:
- Understand the Category strategies and implement promotion campaign including but not limited to Monthly Promotion, Online Sales and other promotional activities
- Liaison between Merchandise team and Marketing team to execute marketing activities for cooperation between brand suppliers and Phong Vu brand
- Propose, execute, monitor and centralize report for marketing activities committed for brand suppliers
- Participate in the development of integrated marketing communication plans applied for different type of events: store opening, clearance sales, activation, corporate workshop, brand activities,…
- Propose and manage budget accordingly to approval from Head of Marketing
- Supervise the progress of multi marketing activities executed by Brand Executives
- Work closely with Design – Digital – Content team in building effective communication plan
Communication:
- Coordinate and serve as the contact point between Retail Marketing team and other departments
- Contribute to the preparation of the monthly promotion, brand sales, online sales, flash sales by providing relevant cross-functional information, POSMs, internal communication, external communication to guarantee traffic to both offline and online channels
- Participate in meeting with different departments for sharing information, understanding the expectation, and enhancing mutual cooperation for the success of the company
Agency Management:
- Be responsible for selecting, evaluating and finalizing marketing agencies (media, TV, OOH, press,…)
People Leadership:
- Be responsible for leading, coaching and supervising the performance of all Brand Executives
- Support and provide guidance to Retail Marketing with regards to daily tasks, POSM, and promotion information
