Job Description

- Identify and define target consumer including insight, profile, consumption, media and shopping habit. Build product concept, product portfolio, price strategy, segment - Brand DNA

- Supervise and manage brand health to define the route clauses, opportunities and new sources of growth. In charge of generating annual Marketing Strategy, Marketing mix for current brands such as Marketing Strategy, Channel Strategy, Sales Forecast and Marketing Objective, KPIs of awareness, share, penetration)

- Liability in product’s training to Sales Channels, Dealers and propose activities to push understand level as well as sale’s rate

- Act together with Sales in negotiating Trading term, propose JBP for keyaccount or pharmacy Chain

- Work together with related internal department to deploy the Approval Marketing Plans including Sales, In-house Marketing team

- Follow and monthly report about Marketing Activity, Reveune, suggest the adjustments (if yes)

- Control and revise Marketing budget within sales channel between phases of year such as trading term, operation to reach the confirmed P/L rate

- Research and evaluate the potential products, discuss with brand’s owners and develop the Growth Plan for Vietnam market

Job Requirement

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine
- 2-3 years relevant experience at same position/ level at Pharmaceutical/ Supplement or Healthcare company

Specialist Skills
- Develop Marketing plan, Rout to Market
- Report, analyze category, sales channel, consumer, media channels
- Product’s training

Soft skills
- Present and negotiate in English
- Time management
- Work independently
