Job Description

Review, compile & evaluate monthly forecast submission from heads of channel, trade & marketing, and submission of consolidated commercial business forecast to top management (Domestic & Export);
Prepare various analysis report include commercial PL by channels, regions & brand (Domestic & Export);
Review, monitor & tracking of trade & marketing expense, including accruals & actual payment management to avoid surprises in under or over-accruals;
Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, highlight white spaces and ensure price-pack execution to support the brand and portfolio strategy;
Optimize channel-customer / pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for Taisun and customers;
Evaluate consumer promotional strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotional responsiveness as well as ROI profile. Recommend an optimal promotion strategy;
Identify conclusions through in-depth analysis, using financial tools/frameworks and methodologies which will be developed over time for this role;
Develop methodologies in order to perform financial analyses and scenario development that will be the base for portfolio pricing simulations and white space launches;
Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer and Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution.

Working hour: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

Job Requirement

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance;
3+ years of experience in Financial planning, or FP&A in FMCG Industry;
Good Microsoft Skill (office, Excel) and good adaptability to the new software;
Good Microsoft Skill (office, Excel) and good adaptability to the new software & ERP;
Good problem solving & Communication Skill;
Be fluent in English;
Ready for Business Trip when needed.
