Job Description

I. Job Purposes:

  1. Provide effective management to the Business Development & E-commerce initiatives of Circle K to achieve the business KPIs through the enhancement of current services as well as bringing in new services, E-commerce & business development opportunities to Circle K
  2. Develop Circle K to be the leader among CVS in E-commerce, Business Development and Services Innovations

II. Job Accountabilities:

1. Strategically develop Business Development & E-commerce plan and budget with KPIs and timeline

2. Inspire and lead the team to reach the KPIs through detailed action plan, frequent review, close follow up of each services’ performance with schedules

3. Closely work with related teams (internal and external) to enhance current services and launch new services & E-commerce initiatives including system API, staff training, branding, staff incentives, issue fixing and technical support….

4. Frequent follow up with market/ store/ competitor visits to ensure everything is smooth and come back with improvements or new initiatives

5. Closely work with Director of Marketing and Business Development in seeking for new services and business opportunities following the market development and trend

6. Skillfully enhance the relationship with current business partners and develop wider network among services providers and potential business partners for potential cooperation opportunities

7. Support Business Development & E-commerce teams in other regions nationwide including continuous enhancement and launch of all services and initiatives

8. Develop a capable Business Development and E-commerce team through structured coaching in different angles from planning, data analysis, strategic thinking, business sense, technology in trend…. to leadership, negotiation, presentation skill and team spirit

9. Attend the Monthly Team meeting reviews and update on Services, Business Development & E-commerce initiatives and progress with full reports

10. Lend support and strategic inputs to assist on future CRM, WIFI MKT and other Digital initiatives

Job Requirement

1. University graduated, preferred in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales. Overseas study is an advantage.

2. At least 8 years of experience in Business Development and/ or Marketing Management

3. Experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, and convenient services

3. Good at Vietnamese/English listening, speaking, reading and writing

4. Strategic thinking, great negotiation and interpersonal skill

5. Strong leadership and people management in large team

6. Self-motivation & independent & commitment

7. High level of integrity and team spirit

8. Organization skill and pay attention to details

9. Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Email writing, Internet surfing. High technology friendly and be trendy will be an advantage.
