Contacting customers and record all information in reports. Report the content of customer contact whole day to Team Leader.
Drafting the contract after the customer has agreed basically, forward to the Team Leader for comments on the contract terms. Set up procedures for signing the contract, save a copy of the contract, transfer the original to the Head of the holding group, an original for the accounting department to keep.
Monitoring the contract liquidation process, supporting the accounting department to collect debt, only finish the responsibility when the customer has paid.
Receive and handle complaints about product quality, delivery time….
