Business Development at Glints

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships

  • Account management with existing clients

  • Planning and strategizing proposals for clients

  • Tracking data and providing insights on executed experiments

  • Coordinating and following up with the sourcing & marketing team regarding talent acquisition needs.

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Have more than 1-year experience in Sales B2B/Business Development.

  • Good at English both verbal & written.

  • A positive and proactive attitude

  • Relentless, resourceful, and committed to achieving results

  • Hungry for learning and fast learner

  • Capable of working independently and in a team

  • Prior experience in business development

  • Comfortable with the fast-paced for changes, uncertainties & challenges of a startup environment.
