Job Description

Find and collect information about potential business deals and analyzing market strategies

Support in developing and negotiating contracts

Research information related to company’s project, business industry to identify new trend and potential new markets

Execute to make the site survey and land location study

Manage the consultants and execute the activities related to the approval of master plan, investment certificate, enterprise registration certificate

CHUYÊN VIÊN PHÁT TRIỂN DỰ ÁN

Tìm và thu thập thông tin về các giao dịch kinh doanh tiềm năng và phân tích chiến lược thị trường.

Hỗ trợ phát triển và đàm phán hợp đồng.

Nghiên cứu thông tin liên quan đến dự án của công ty, ngành kinh doanh để xác định xu hướng mới và thị trường mới tiềm năng.

Thực hiện khảo sát địa điểm và nghiên cứu vị trí đất.

Quản lý chuyên gia tư vấn và thực hiện các hoạt động liên quan đến phê duyệt quy hoạch tổng thể, giấy chứng nhận đầu tư, giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp

Job Requirement

Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture

English TOEIC Score: intermediate level

3-4 year experienced in land development field, project management related to real estate investment

Making, editing texts/documents to officials

Communication and presentation skill

Teamwork skill

Analytical thinking skill

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Bằng cử nhân Kỹ thuật Xây dựng hoặc cử nhân Kiến trúc.

Tiếng Anh: Trung cấp.

Có 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển đất đai, quản lý dự án liên quan đến đầu tư bất động sản.

Biết lập, chỉnh sửa văn bản / tài liệu thành thạo.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt

Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và kỹ năng tư duy phân tích tốt

Thành thạo Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
