Self-building a healthy pipeline of key potential clients with big volume and developing quotes, proposals, relationship as well as volume growth with them
Researching, planning and overseeing market trends and the company's initiatives
Finding and developing new market niches, targeted segments and improving sales
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills, by conducting formally and informally coaching sessions
Creating, testing, following, managing, and improving the completed toolsets for the whole team, including sales processes, sales kits, sales scripts
Managing and leading BD team, including Telesales and On-field salespeople, Senior BD Executives, Account Management Executives
Maximizing the capacity and efficiency of the team through measurable activities
7 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field, with 3-4 years at managing position
