Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the Electrical Automation business across Vietnam to achieve the turnover target

• Develop and implement business strategy for Electric Automation business in accordance with ASEAN / region strategies.

• Lead the Electric Automation team to achieve sales target, increase market share, profitability and growth target.

• Identify and develop sales strategies, prepare forecast and budget to increase Electric Automation sales and market share of company's product.

• Monitor, evaluate and revise (where necessary) the strategies and action plan on quarterly basis with specific

remedial plans for the customers

• Periodic reporting on market trends, sales projections, competition activities and major sales activities among the customers.

• Monitor performance of the sales team to improve the result

• Contribute to development of sales, marketing, customer retention, pricing and distribution strategy for the region

• Work closely with Sales Admin Department such as marketing, sales administration, customer service,

distribution, invoicing and credit and collection to ensure the customer order is process, dispatch and invoice and

pay accurately.

• Coach sales representative on the technical aspect of organization product and service ; marketing campaign,

sales technique, procedure, standard that will help them to achieve target.

• Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales with the customer

• Organize and conduct product or business seminars/presentations/training for targeted customers

• Plan and and recommend on specific products for stocking purpose

• Assist sales and support engineers in solving and recommending sales and technical solutions

• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience
  • Engineering Degreee (Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Mechanical)
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience
  • Effective English Communication
  • Performance Orientation, Problem Solving, Openness and Flexibility, Toughness, Tolerance, Strategic orientation, Entrepreneurial thinking and Market awareness, Customer orientation, Decision making and Responsibility
