Job Description

- Full Responsibility for Developing Power Products & Services within Assigned Market Segment (Northern Region – Heavy Industry such as Petrochemical, Cement, Mining, Steel, Paper, Power Plants,…) as key account for company long-term business strategy.

- Search and make the Qualified Potential Customer Information & List (Q-List).

- Identifying customer needs at early stage, set appointments and build Relationship with Key Decision Maker.

- Joining Demo/Sales Meeting, Qualify & FU Prospects closely.

- Following up and Coordination of Quotation, Bidding, Close Deal Process.

- Joining the Contract Negotiation.

- Support Contract Execution.

- Maintain & Develop Key Account for Cross-sell & Upsell long term business.

- Participate in handling problems arising during the product warranty.

- Recording and feedback market information, customer needs, competition,…

- Proposing a market development plan.

- Support for organizing events: demo, seminars, exhibitions, training,…

Job Requirement

-    Male (28 – 40 years old)

-    Electrical/Mechanical Engineers

-    English Fluently

-    Computer MS Office

-    At least 5 Years Products & Services Sales Experience in Heavy Industry such as Power Plants, Petrochemical, Cement, Mining, Automotive, Steel, Paper,…)

-    Willing to travel frequently to provinces for business trip.

-     Knowledge of business in B2B environment

-    Enthusiasm

-    Result-Oriented Mind

-    Teamwork    

-     Annual travel, family day

-     Income: from 130-300 million net / year

-     Commission according to Company regulations and is exchanged when interviewing
