Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an multinational logistics services company to look for talented Business Development Manager for our client.

Job Summary:

This position will bring new business opportunities and provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
• Maintaining close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Logistics team.
• Servicing all customer needs, including initiating and monitoring the completion of all customer contracts and developing requests for sales proposal and bids
• Working towards achieving daily KPIs and monthly sales target
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with new clients
• Attending to customers’ needs and requirements and providing prompt after-sales service
• Other duties as assigned

• Bacherlor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Import-Export or related fields.
• More than 5 years relevant experience in logistics sales.
• Strong understanding of all modes of international transportation (Export & Import) .
• Ability to remain resilient in an aggressive and competitive environment
• Proven track record of sales achievement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese
