What does a Business Director do at Isentia?
As Business Director, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets from a large portfolio of existing clients. You will build market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business opportunities.
In this role, you will forge strong relationships across multiple channels, delivering innovative solutions to grow your dedicated portfolio of clients. You will also be responsible for working closely with the account management team, as well as preparing detailed sales strategy plans, managing your sales pipeline and forecast, and driving overall customer satisfaction to meet our objectives and NPS scores.

What will make you stand out from all the applicants?
Experience in creating effective sales solutions in a B2B consultative selling environment with long sales cycles.
Ideally you’ll have 5+ years business development and account management experience
You will have the ability to come in and navigate enterprise accounts, have the desire to truly find solutions and build a strategic pipeline
Previous CRM experience using Salesforce.
Strong relationship skills – internally and externally.
Confident negotiator and proven ability to 'close the deal'.
Self-motivated and results driven.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
