Company Profile:

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an international chemical distributor. As the business keeps developing quickly, our client is seeking a talent sales executive with at least 5-7 years’ experience in Sales for Personal & Home Care chemicals for the job of Business Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

As Technical Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Country Head to proactively develop client portfolio, drive sales and set up team for personal and home care unit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Country Manager to develop sales strategy and propose detail actions plans aligned with company vision

• Direct and manage all Business Unit resources to successfully deliver results in Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery and employee Morale

• Set future direction for existing and new products and business opportunities in order to seize maximum business results.

• Sets and achieves aggressive goals

• Hold accountability for allocated business unit P&L in terms of sales and financial planning

• Develop high performing work teams to meet changing needs of the business

• Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing and coaching Sales Team performance including setting sales targets and incentive schemes

• Develop and coach talent and build succession plans in order to ensure continuous high performance and engaged talent pipeline in Sales and Marketing.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related fields. Strong knowledge of chemical technical application in Coating/Inks or relevant industries

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in sales experience for personal and home care, with at least 5 years managerial experience.

• Ability to develop business vision, translate into strategies and actionable, realistic execution actions plus knowledge of territory and relationships with key stakeholders already established

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English.
