Job Description

  • To develop marketing strategies and plans that create a point of difference for company in Vietnam in the generic market thereby driving distributor sales and operating income.
  • To develop effective field force resource allocation processes and strategy, implementing schemes for field force motivation, compensation and development programs, and driving field force best practices.
  • He/she is balancing the demands of multiple internal and external customers, while achieving a high ROI on field force resources.
  • Lead the team of 2 PMs, 1 PE, 2 RFFM, 8 FLMs, 40MRs. report to Country Manager (expat)

Job Requirement

  • Education: A University degree in Pharmacy/Medicine.
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Experience:
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, field force ideally in MNC and/or Generics.
  •  Strong leadership experience.
  • Successful record of contribution and/or P&Lresponsibility.
  • Strong ability to communicate with senior management on country and regional level and beyond.
  • Good understanding of country, regional and local dynamics, including regulatory and market environments.
