Job Description

  • Manage and fill employee’s documents; update and manage personnel database
  • Process employees’ time and attendant data from the finger sprinter machine
  • Handle paperwork and procedure for employees in complying with labor laws and regulations
  • Prepare labor contract and follow up for the renewal one
  • Conduct orientation to introduce labor regulations, company policies and procedure to new store’s staffs when assigned
  • Conduct existed interview; track and update annual leave and other leave.
  • Resolve and reconcile tactfully employee’s conflictions; provide guidance if necessary
  • Report any feedbacks or complaints from staff
  • Handle all tasks, reports related to payroll, PIT, Social insurance, labor registration and trade union
  • Prepare all relevant government and corporate reports
  • Other duties are assigned by line manager.

Job Requirement

  • High concentration and working ethic.
  • High level attention to details and accuraHighly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
  • Excellence computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
