Job Description

1. Compensation & benefit:

- Check absent list

- Calculate OT and meal allowance

- Register PIT code, Bank account, dependent deduction

- Register the increase or decrease labor with the Department of Social Insurance.

- Process social insurance, health insurance, accident insurance claims for employees

- Certify and close Social Insurance Book for resigned employees in complying with the laws

- Prepare report of Social insurance, Labour to Government

- Make payment and report of PIT and Social Insurance for Government

2. HRIS:

- Prepare labour contract

- Update HRIS

3. General Affairs:

- Make work permit, residence card for expatriates

- Other tasks is assigned by management

Job Requirement

-          College / Bachelor Degree

-          At least 1 years relevant experience

-          Knowledge in social value, and labor law

-          Good communication & problem solving skills

-          Work independently and under high pressure

-          Basic English communication

-          Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Powerpoint).
