Job Description

  • Work with the regional team to design and implement the organization's compensation and benefits programs which includes of job description, job evaluation/classification; salary administration; employee benefits and activities to meet the organisation's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Research compensation and benefits policies and plans
  • Use data and cost analyses to compare compensation and benefits plans
  • Evaluate position descriptions to determine classification and salary
  • Design and prepare reports summarizing research and analysis
  • Present recommendations to other human resources managers
  • Liaise with managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for business needs, but consistent with the organisation's overall reward strategy.
  • Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organisation's current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organisation's reward strategy.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop professional team to ensure the organisation's reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and ensure the company complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
  • Responsible for all payroll transactions (monthly payroll, final payment) and reports (i.e. headcount report, payroll journal, employment cost reports) with assistance from outsource services. Leading projects to improve work efficiency and productivity.
  • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers (e.g., payroll outsourcing services, insurance carriers, benefit providers) to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standard of services.
  • Able to motivate team through changes and unexpected situations. Encourage team to work autonomously and master their work.
  • Dedicated and able to connect cross-functional people to achieve team’s and business common goals.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Director

Job Requirement

Education/ Training Qualifications:

  • University degree with major in Human Resource/ Accounting/ Business Administration. Master degree is preferred


  • Master of HR or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in HR included 2 years of experience with management position.
  • Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:
  • Good at communicate in English
  • Business acumen, research methodology, quantitative analytic abilities, proposal writing, leadership, highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Tracked record of working in continuously changing environment, coordinating a team and control achievements under pressure on time in full
  • Proven experience with problem solving cases dealing with system limitations including identifying the constraint, proposing creative approaches and successfully implement them.
  • Delivering related projects with high quality within tight deadlines while still maintain a delicate balance between work and life.
