Job Description

Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a C&B Manager/Training Manager/ER Executive in Tien Giang:

HR1: Training Manager | Trưởng Phòng Đào Tạo (Shoes/Garment, $1200, LH5757)

  • Handle labor dispute between employee and company, as a liaison to the Government, and as a management representative
  • Leadership and management of Industrial Relations issues
  • Lead the negotiation of industrial agreements with the experience to cost any changes,
  • Manage the grievance procedure
  • Manage workplace investigations were required manner
  • Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout the Company
  • Procedures in order to ensure compliance with laws / Regulations.
  • Other details will be discussed during interview

HR2: C&B Manager | Trưởng Phòng Chính Sách Chế Độ (Shoes/Garment, $1200, LH5758)

  • Work evaluation / classification; payroll management; Short-term and long-term incentive plans for employees
  • Labor compensation; salary packaging; retirement, pensions and super plans.
  • Contact managers to implement compensation strategies that match business needs
  • Develop salary and forecast budgets in line with the organization's rewarding strategy.

HR3: ER Executive | Chuyên Viên Quan Hệ Lao Động (Shoes/Garment, $750, LH5759)

  • Management and interpretation of various labor agreements,
  • Manage complaints procedures and provide employment support in contract negotiations.
  • Provide advice to managers on employment practices, policies and labor laws.
  • Lead the development of HR strategies

Job Requirement

HR1: Training Manager | Trưởng Phòng Đào Tạo (Shoes/Garment, $1200, LH5757)

  •   Male/Female; Age: 30-45 years old
  •   Academic level: University degree in human resources or related fields
  •   Experience: at least 3-5 years working in the same position
  •   Language: Good English communication
  •   Good computer skills

HR2: C&B Manager | Trưởng Phòng Chính Sách Chế Độ (Shoes/Garment, $1200, LH5758)

  •   Male/Female; Ages: Over 27 years old
  •   Education: graduated university major in Accounting/ Auditing/ Financial
  •   Experience: at least 5 years of experience in HR
  •   English: good at communication.
  •   Leadership, highly developed interpersonal skills

HR3: ER Executive | Chuyên Viên Quan Hệ Lao Động (Shoes/Garment, $750, LH5759)

  • Male/Female
  • Age: 25-35 years old
  • Academic level: University degree in administrator, human resource and related fields
  • Experience: at least 2-3 years working experience in HR, Employee Relationship
  • Language: Good English communication
  • Good computer skills
