Job Description

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information in Healthcare Services / Trả lời các cuộc gọi đến từ khách hàng để nhận đơn đặt hàng, trả lời các câu hỏi và câu hỏi, xử lý khiếu nại, khắc phục sự cố và cung cấp thông tin trong Dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Performing day to day operational activities in customer service

· Giving excellent services for customers

· Receive and respond to all incoming inquiry by:

- Phone

- Email

- Facebook

- Chat

- Others as needed

- Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities

Job Requirement

Male / Female, aged 20-30 years old

Minimum 1 year of experience in call center environment

Willing to work under shifting mode

Minimum educational background: senior high school and equal or higher

Good communication skills and problem solving skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service position

Fluent in English both written and spoken, preferably with TOEFL score 500 or above (TOEIC 650)

Computer literate, familiar with online purchasing, social media, or mobile apps is a plus

Minimum typing skill: 50 words per minute

Willing to work on weekend and national holidays

Willing to work overtime if needed

Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment

Able to work under pressure and in a large team

Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers

Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative
