Job Description

* REPORT TO: Casino GM
* Job Description
1. Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the casino while ensuring security of company assets, guest satisfaction and employee morale.
2. Keeps abreast of any changes in the Casino industry, such as wage rates, new games and machines, expansion or alteration, etc.
3. Prepare necessary data for the budget in areas of responsibility; project annual costs, revenue and monitor actual financial results in areas casino departments; take corrective action where necessary to help ensure that financial goals are met. Prepare regular and special reports as required.
4. Coordinates Casino operations with other departments, including Marketing, to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
5. Assists the General Manager in strategic planning, reviewing and recommending policy changes according to procedure.
6. Reviews and recommends changes to standard operating procedures.
7. Work with assigned manufacture and product managers to develop and execute sales strategies to increase current sales revenue, customer base and expand into new markets.
8. Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions. Manage expectations at all levels and attend and direct client meetings. Demonstrate a consultative approach in addressing client needs.
9. Provide Sales management with detailed pipeline reports and market analysis.
10. Create project schedules that maximize feature quality and scope within resource, financial, and development partner constraints
11. Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirement

* Must have
- University graduate
- 5 years of experience in most functions of Casino Gaming
- Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests and outside contacts.
- Be able to communicate in English and Mandarin both writing and speaking
- Must be a team player willing to collaborate with established Executive Host staff.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have strong customer service abilities.
