Job Description

* REPORT TO: Casino GM
* Job Description
- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
- Manages approved marketing operating budget.
- Oversees advertising and promotion activities.
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
- Oversees development and maintenance of customer database.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
- Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts, and provides feedback
- Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.
- Identifies players and regional sales representatives able to assist in attracting business to Jin Bei and develops sound relationships in order to increase market share and company profitability.
- Maintain strong open lines of communication with other department heads to ensure effective marketing projects.
- Be responsible for creating, enhancing and complying with the Casino’s Internal Control Policies and Procedures as they relate to Marketing.
- Administers disciplinary actions for marketing staff when necessary.

Job Requirement

* Must have
- University
- 5 years of experience in most functions of Online Gaming
- Experience in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships and credibility
- Be able to communicate in English and Mandarin both writing and speaking
- Must be a team player willing to collaborate with established Executive Host staff.
- Must have a systematic and process oriented mindset to ensure seamless end to end customer experiences.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have strong customer service abilities.

***Note: CV must be in Chinese and English separately


- 1 return Home Leave Ticket per year
- 18 days annual leave upon completion of 1 year of service
- Meals (lunch and dinner) are provided in office (Type of cuisine: Chinese food)
- Accommodation of a 2-bedroom apartment (shared) is provided (Utilities and personal are self-paid)
- Claimable medical expense of up to USD 200 per year
- Covered under accidental insurance by the Company
- Air ticket, Work visa and Income tax to be paid by the company
- Bonus: 1-month AWS + Variable bonus (subject to company and work performance)
- Salary paid in USD
