This is an important role within Cards Inorganic Usage team and the key responsibility of the incumbent is to build cards ENR book profitably through inorganic measures such as IPP (Installment Payment Plan) and Easy Cash. The objective of the role is to improve the card utilization through propositions such as IPP and Easy Cash. The same shall be achieved not only using traditional methods such as tele-calling but also using evolving technologies and channels like mobile, digital card, SMS, mobile app. The role also involves creating a new age channel/ proposition of digital IPP and mainstreaming it. Role of sticky ENR can not be overemphasized in any card portfolio and as FE Credit portfolio grows in size and vintage, products like IPP and Easy cash become very important.
With all key stakeholders- risk, finance, IT, Operations, MKT, Sales etc.:
To create and implement business plans, launch digital IPP solution etc.
Large Retailers of consumer durables, merchant aggregators
To create installment payment plans for card usage and building IPP book.
Monitor the portfolio and take actions to grow IPP & Easy Cash propositions to improve limit utilization of FE Credit cardholders in a most profitable manner. Manage a volume VND 1.25 T on a monthly basis with about 125,000 customer conversions. This will translate to an annual volume of VND 15 T and 1.5 M customers.
Work on developing new propositions such as Digital IPP and mainstream it with relevant marketing promotions. Continuously monitor the yields on the portfolio and take efforts to maximize the yield as well as fee income. Work with multiple units including BICC on customer segmentation and creating new IPP features as well as new IPP channels. Ongoing interaction with Sales team of more than 500 + resources to understand and drive all the support required to achieve the ambitious growth plans.
Continuously monitor competition and marketplace to widen the scope of Installment Payment Plans. Developing and launching ongoing offers and promotions with various large merchants for converting large ticket purchases into installments.
Work with Activation and usage teams to work out segment level offers for FE Credit Customers to promote IPP. Regularly work with loyalty & retention team to promote IPP product and also use it as a retention tool.
Work with Product team on a regular basis to ensure that receivable building programs have a wider reach through statement inserts, product brochures etc.
Graduate with at least 5 years of experience and achievements in the credit cards business.
At least 3 years in a credit card industry with detailed understanding of credit cards and specifically credit card receivable building programs, cards ENR, card fee structure, payment hierarchy etc. Prior experience in cards division and specifically portfolio management unit of large MNC banks like Citi, HSBC or large local banks such as Sacombank, Vietcom Bank etc is highly preferred
Basic understanding of the Credit Card Business P&L, revenue drivers, ENR, fee structure, card payment hierarchy etc.
