Responsible for operating and managing all activities that take place every day at the center, including: image management, facilities, service quality, entertainment, human resources, goods ... Stable operation center according to required standards.
In charge of cost management, budget development at the center to ensure the best profit for the center.
Collaborate with the Program & Events Section to organize and implement programs of Education - Intelligence at the center.
Actively participate in business campaigns to increase sales for the center.
Support for other jobs as assigned by the Executive Department.
Develop specific operating procedures in all areas such as Playground, F&B, Cashier, Event & Party, Workshop, Kitchen, ..., professional guidance rules applicable to the branch.
Develop quality standards for your branch.
Monitoring the implementation of these processes, organizing the improvement of those processes.
Deploying, inspecting the use of brand identity system in the branch, ensures the center's sales follow the target the company builds.
Coordinate with sales and marketing department to develop marketing and sales plan for the branch and organization according to the plan approved by the CEO.
Organize promotional activities according to the approved plan.
Organize a customer evaluation system (customer needs, complaints, satisfaction) according to the company's regulations and transfer customer information to the marketing department.
Directly resolve customer complaints.
Building human resources to ensure standard operation as required by the company.
Organize the training, work assignment, personnel assessment.
Implementing and supervising the implementation of personnel policies and internal rules of the company.
Developing training of adjacent staff for the branch's management framework.
