Job Description

1. Planning
To ensure a thorough process goes into implementation and delivery; and in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
2. Efficient & high-quality implementation of the strategic plan for their Center
Center Manager (CM) are responsible for all aspects of the Center operation such as:
- Forecast hours for current ; next two months
- Student satisfaction levels and controlling resign ratio.
- Enrollment targets and results (Number of Classes, Average Class Size & Number of Students)
- Teacher Efficiency.
- Room Scheduling Efficiency.
- Quality of Customer Experience in line with strategic objectives of organization, which will include Brand Behaviors, through feedback and complaints systems.
3. Performance Management and development of all center staff
To make sure all center staffs can achieve their individual KPIs.
4. Budget management
Manage the overall spending of the Center to ensure the highest efficiency and quality and to support the activities of the Center.
5. Evaluation & Reporting
At all time CM should know and be able to report on all aspects of the Center related to ensuring efficient and high quality operations.
6. Communication
Manage the communication within and between all departments of the organization to ensure planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Center operations.
7. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Center Operations in line with the strategic goals of their Center and the organization.
8. Brand Management
To make sure that the Center’s image and operations reflect the IZUMI brand image and behaviors.
9. Center and Organizational Support
Support the overall operation of your Center and the national activities of the organization.

Job Requirement

• University graduate.
• 3 – 4 years’ minimum experience in education industry or sale/marketing related.
• Excellent leadership and building team.
• Desire in sale and ability to sale, sale training and closing.
• Good at dealing with complaints and problem solving.
• Having experience leading a team of academic, teachers, including of expats.
• Fast learning and understanding; Good handle multiple assignments effectively at one time.
• High responsibility and honesty.
• Creativity, good teamwork.
• Excellent English skill. Japanese fluently is preferable but not a must.
