The Center Manager will be in charge of managing staff and day to day activities in the learning center, making sure the SOPs are implemented. As a data-driven company, we expect the person in this role to be analytical, and give logical feedback to improve operation in the learning center.
Liaise with HQ, understand and implement standard operations in the learning center.
Manage and train staff in the learning center to provide effective learning for students.
Establishing the centre as the preferred place to study to get into university.
Monitor the KPIs of the learning center, analyze the current situation and reporting center
Make sure students are having an effective learning in the learning center and that they are
Manage scheduling and adherence of staff to defined schedules
Manage facilities and logistics.
Passion for education.
Bachelor’s degree from any major. Education related fields are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry.
Excellent in project management, communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Having experience as a Hub Head or managing staff at the learning center is a plus.
