Job Description

1. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
2. Prepare product or service reports
3. Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails
4. Generate sales leads
5. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
6. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
8. Deal with internal departments or agents for track and trace the shipments from the start unto the end
9. Sell products and services where possible
10. Input data into internal systems on daily basis
11. Do billing to customers, agents on timely and follow up the billing until the payment is completed

Job Requirement

<MUST>
- 2-3 years experience in the same position
- English language master (4 skills)
- Good office skills
<PREFERABLE>
- Female is preferred
- Living in Hanoi
