Job Description

- Plan and implement short and long term strategies to improve guests’ satisfaction of food quality to enhance food and beverages and promotion revenue

- Supervise day to day all kitchen activity and associates

- Supervised all food preparation

- Coaches the sous chef and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best

- Excellent culinary skills and good knowledge in food handling and sanitation standard

- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Job Requirement

- Over 5 years working experience in the international hotel or high-end restaurants.

- Strong customers and associate communication skills

- Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills

- Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks

- Great time management Up-to-date knowledge of techniques and recipes

- Able to understand and communicate in English.
