Job Description

  • Develop a partner ecosystem in line with the preferred customer segment. Responsible for partner quality, maximizing potential customers from partners.
  • Develop program regulations, processes dedicated to Affluent partners
  • Develop bespoke CVP and program offerings for Affluent partner’s customer.
  • Interface with product teams for product and feature enhancement suiting to partner of Affluent segment.
  • Interface with Retail Marketing/Marcom for promotion of partnership program to VPB client & VPBank internal.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in banking and finance
  • 6 Years’ Experience in banking, in the areas of Affluent segment
  • Extensive experience in Relationship Management with client and Affluent and/or Private Banking business
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Affluent Segment / Segmentation
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets.
  • Relationship/People Management Skills, teamwork skills, Effective Communication skills
  • Active, resourceful, and highly accomplished and capable of multitasking and solving multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in groups and interact with departments in the bank.
