Job Description
1. Portfolio Analytics and Reporting
- Segmentation of customers based Customer behavior
- Run portfolio attribution reports and draw performance insights for regular internal reporting and portfolio decision making process
- Analysis based on economics, behavior or any other factors understand the demographics of it the cardholders
- Up selling, cross selling and down selling to existing customers
- Active credit limit management of the existing customers
- Understand and manage card P&L
2. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and other Bank guidelines
- Ensure all processes and requirements at various customer touch-points is updated, consistent & compliant.
- Ensure smooth implementation of new processes across functions
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years equity analysis and research experience
- 2-3 years of relevant business experience
- Excellent communication skills
- In depth knowledge of market dynamics and sell-side interactions
- In depth understanding of portfolio analytics tools and of the reports generated by the analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
