Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Follow up and record employee's annual leave
To be in charge of compensation and benefit tasks including monthly payroll, compulsory insurance by law, and labor contract for all employees.
Handling other specific tasks as assigned by higher management levels and SaigonTech’s Board of Director.
