Job Description

• Develop recruiting strategy: Responsible for developing and implementing more complex recruiting strategies for assigned business segment
• Interview and Hire Talent: Perform the hiring process which may include collecting and filing paperwork, ordering background checks, salary negotiations and providing new employee orientation assistance.
• Maintain Candidate Database: Document any phone calls, emails or other correspondence they may have with a possible employee and note which candidate would be best for a particular position.
• Participate in the Employer Branding activities to attract more talents to the company on various channels.

Job Requirement

- Experience : At least 2 years of experience in recruiting IT position

- Have experience working with recruiting networks such as headhunter, recruitment website (Vietnamworks, CB, Itviet..)
- Have networking with IT candidates

- Proficient with social media platforms
- Exceptional communicators and great negotiators
- Organized and have an eye for detail
