Revenue of the company – Supporting the Client Account Director to generate revenue, bring in sales and provide the best customer service Un-Available can offer.
Sourcing and developing new customers - Researching / pitching new business (suitable for our company) to the Director and Client Account Director. Outlining their potential and requirements in terms of their place in the market/ processes in order for UA to build their network and database.
Sales tools - Use all means necessary to develop current and new marketing channels. Such as our showroom / company prospectus / samples / development books and customer packages etc.
Clarifying and Simplifying information: The customer - must always be provided with clear information where possible. They must always be aware of their current position and potential areas of concern etc. in regards to both sampling and production orders. Internal teams – relative departments also need to receive clear, directive information from the customer. Any requests or requirements must be passed on and follow through on to ensure both parties are aware of the same brief.
Customer care – Holding the interest of the customer as their primary focus as well as monitoring all orders and deliveries in regards to the Client Account Director’s financial forecast and Un-Available’s company goals. This will include unit forecasts, key production dates, +/- shipments, quality requirements, special requirements, pricing). These responsibilities continue before/while/after shipment.
Receives and alerts the team to customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management in order for the issues to be resolved as quickly and with as little impact as possible.
Reporting – Helping to provide the Client Account Director with sufficient data and information in order for key information to be up to date and accessible. Analysis reports, quarterly financial reports to be submitted as efficiently and accurately as possible.
